The new center will consist of two main buildings and connecting walkways with raised gardens and courtyards. This will allow him to easily cross his eight lanes on his one of the intra-district highways that separate the two regions. A new multimedia library will be built north of Jinghe Boulevard. The building will be constructed according to sustainability standards to achieve 3-star certification from China’s Green Building Program. Passive strategies are then employed to optimize ventilation and natural light. In addition, the building will be equipped with a rainwater collection system, photovoltaic panels for energy production, and mostly recycled or locally produced materials will be used in construction.
